Reliable Controls Authorized Dealer, Postma Heating and Cooling, completed work on the Chatham-Kent Childrens Services administration building. The project’s primary focus was to retrofit Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) with existing Roof Top Units (RTUs). Postma installed 16 MACH-ProZone (MPZ) controllers, one for each of the existing RTUs, to control the VFDs. Thanks to the flexibility of the MPZ, Postma were able to keep the installation costs down and reduce the fan on-load while improving dehumidification.
Reliable Controls Authorized Dealer, Postma Heating & Cooling successfully completed a retrofit installation of a monitoring system for the River Row residential complex in Chatham, Ontario.
In somewhat of a pilot project, Postma installed a wireless monitoring solution into 30-year old condos that had previously been running without a controlled BAS. With energy costs on the rise, one building in the complex was singled out as a test case.
