The Fine Print

Our Lifetime Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and is not transferrable. Yearly maintenance following the initial year must be completed by a licensed technician of Postma Heating and Cooling. Failure to complete this yearly maintenance will void all warranty. The Lifetime warranty is specific to all components within the qualifying unit, and does not include the thermostats, humidifiers, or components used in installation (see a representative for complete list). These accessories are subject to their individual manufacturer’s warranties. The filter needs to be changed each year to maintain the warranty.
