Being a Customer Service Representative means you will be the first point of contact for our clients. At Postma Heating and Cooling that might mean answering a call for a client in distress that has just come to find themselves without heat, hot water, or with a burst pipe. We are looking to you to put that client as ease and feel confident with their choice to call Postma Heating and Cooling.
